2. Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Shipping:

Express Shipping:

  3. Handover: Order is given to courier partner

  4. In Transit: Package travels to your location

  5. Out for Delivery: Courier attempts delivery

  6. Delivered: Sign and receive your package

For International Orders

  1. Processing: Same careful process as domestic

  2. Export: Package is shipped from India

  3. Customs: Package clears destination customs

  4. Local Delivery: Handed to local courier

  5. Delivered: Receive your package


7. Customs and Duties

International Orders

For orders outside India:

Customs Clearance:

  • All international shipments require customs clearance

  • Packages may be opened for inspection

  • Customs processes may delay delivery

Duties and Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for import duties

  • These are not included in our shipping charges

  • Calculated by destination country's customs

  • Payment required before delivery

Documentation:

8. Delivery Exceptions

Reasons for Delay

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Inclement weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs processing

  • Strikes or disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote location delivery

  • Wrong address provided

What to Do If Delayed

  1. Track your order using the provided number

9. Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete:

  • Complete address with building name/number

  • Pincode/ZIP code

  • Landmark (optional but helpful)

Address Verification:

  • We verify addresses before shipping

  • Incomplete addresses will delay processing

10. Signature on Delivery

Signature Requirements:

  • All orders above ₹5,000 require signature

  • Orders below ₹5,000 are left without signature

  • You may authorize someone to receive

If You're Not Available:

  • Courier will attempt re-delivery (up to 3 attempts)

  • Package may be held at local office

  • You can arrange pickup

  • Order may be returned to us

12. International Shipping Restrictions

Countries We Ship To:
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to countries under sanctions or embargoes.

Restricted Items:
All our items are allowed unless prohibited by local customs regulations.


13. Shipping Insurance

Coverage:

  • Domestic orders are insured up to full value

  • International orders are insured up to ₹5,000

  • Additional insurance can be purchased

Claim Process:

  1. Contact us immediately upon delivery

  2. Provide photos of damage/packaging

  3. Complete claim form

  4. We file claim with courier

  5. Resolution within 30 days


14. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If delivery fails:

  1. Courier will attempt re-delivery

  2. After 3 attempts, package returns to us

  3. Customer pays for re-shipping

  4. Contact us to arrange re-delivery

15. Change of Address

Before Shipping:

  • We can update address if order hasn't shipped

  • No charge for address update
